About the position

The Project Coordinator Assistant role at Robert Half involves supporting Project Managers by maintaining project schedules, coordinating client orders, and managing communication among team members. This position is essential for ensuring that projects run smoothly from proposal to installation, while also organizing travel and events related to project activities.

Responsibilities

  • Help maintain project deliverable schedules by organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications.
  • Coordinate and manage client daily orders and projects from proposals/quotes through project installation.
  • Organize travel and accommodation arrangements for project-related events, including training seminars and conferences.
  • Document meetings and keep records of assignments and progress.
  • Respond timely and accurately to clients' daily requests for service and questions.
  • Act as a resource to the team, gathering information, solving problems, and communicating with the Project Team, vendors, Service Provider, and other internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of office, administrative or coordination experience (internships, summer jobs).
  • Bachelor's degree, any major.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and strong communicator.
  • Go-getter eager to learn new skills and help with additional tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly efficient and gets things done ahead of schedule.
