About the position

The Project Coordinator (Bilingual Mandarin and English) plays a crucial role in leading the daily activities of the shipping and scheduling departments, ensuring productivity, quality, service, cost, and on-time delivery. This position is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop packaging concepts and managing the package development process while maintaining effective communication with customers and suppliers. The role requires a proactive approach to project management, focusing on timelines, documentation, and quality to meet customer requirements and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop packaging concepts.
• Support the package development process by managing changes to package size and cost reduction efforts.
• Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.
• Lead projects by managing timelines, documentation, communication, and quality.
• Review inventory levels for inventory accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, sales support, or production planning role.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (read, write, speak).
• Demonstrated ability to manage overseas manufacturing resources.
• Proficient working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to understand material and design specs, manufacturing processes, and logistics flow.
