About the position

The Project Coordinator for Brand Marketing at Paramount Home Entertainment will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies for the company's film library. This role involves managing product and promotional data, ensuring timely communication across various functional teams, and providing insights on industry trends to support business objectives. The coordinator will also handle third-party agreements and assist with ad hoc projects as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Sets up and maintains all product and promotions in internal databases
  • Maintains a timeline for all new product initiatives and communicates key deadlines to core functional groups
  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of all data communicated from the team
  • Serves as a point of contact to ensure team actions remain in synergy
  • Develops and optimizes internal business and marketing tools that effectively communicate go-to-market plans
  • Provides ongoing updates and stays in open communication with all functional areas: Customer Marketing, Operations, Sales, PR, Promotions, Media, Creative, Finance, etc.
  • Monitors, tracks and communicates competitive activity and industry trends and offers insights to support business objectives
  • Coordinates third party agreements and purchase order approvals
  • Contributes to the development of presentations
  • Provides support with ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Film, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management or marketing operations, preferably within home entertainment, film studio, marketing/advertising agency, or consumer products
  • High degree of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office Software and Photoshop
