About the position

The Project Coordinator role at ARK Infotech Spectrum focuses on managing the communication and coordination aspects of the O365 and Active Directory migration project. The primary goal is to ensure effective communication strategies that enhance employee adoption and minimize resistance during the migration process. This position involves collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate a smooth transition to the new systems while maintaining business continuity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication plans for O365 Migration to maximize employee adoption.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to cover all aspects of the migration.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion of the migration.
  • Ensure stakeholder buy-in and support throughout the migration process, focusing on end-user experience.
  • Facilitate cutover coordination to minimize service disruptions during migration.
  • Oversee the migration from on-premises Active Directory to Azure Active Directory.
  • Manage the implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions for various applications.

Requirements

  • Experience in project coordination and management, particularly in IT migrations.
  • Strong communication skills to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage their expectations.
  • Familiarity with O365, Active Directory, and SSO applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Quest migration tools and services.
  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and its integration with on-premises systems.
