About the position

The Project Coordinator for Clinical Technology at Hoefer Welker will support the medical equipment planning and technology consulting studio within the healthcare architectural design and construction industry. This role involves providing project-level support to senior project managers and project teams, focusing on documentation, data management, and vendor interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Support studio team members in preparation of written project documentation, including specifications, narratives, and letters.
  • Interact with equipment vendors to gather and organize price quotations.
  • Perform data-entry and reporting within the medical equipment database application.
  • Research and gather technical specifications from vendor websites or via direct communication.
  • Assist with reviewing architectural floorplans and comparing them to equipment database data.
  • Assist with organizing project phase deliverables such as BlueBeam, database reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain and organize electronic project files.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • 0-3 years of experience in a related project support role.
  • Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license and willingness to use an insured personal vehicle for work.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Knowledge of standard office policies, procedures, and general computer knowledge.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in an architecture office is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience with BlueBeam, Adobe PDF, and Attainia medical equipment planning database.
