As a Project Coordinator for Commercial Energy Efficiency Programs at ICF, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation and management of energy efficiency initiatives across Oklahoma. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to field-based staff and a network of participating Trade Allies. You will maintain ongoing communications with contractors, customers, and consultants, addressing any concerns related to program participation. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you review technical specifications, calculations, and cost estimates for energy efficiency projects. You will also assist technical teams in meeting quality assurance and quality control standards, perform energy savings calculations, and process program incentive payments according to established policies. The Project Coordinator will also coordinate quality control activities, such as inspections and customer surveys, to ensure that the programs are effectively meeting their goals. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
