In this role, the Project Coordinator will coordinate project specifications and manage construction administration transactions, including Requests for Information (RFI) and submittals. Responsibilities also include setting up job numbers, phases, and folders, as well as inputting internal and client comments into project documents and systems. The coordinator will provide administrative support to the team, which encompasses filing documents and coordinating project tasks and deliverables. Additionally, the position involves creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and identifying potential risks or bottlenecks. The Project Coordinator will prepare project-related documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests, while maintaining accurate project files in accordance with company standards. The role also includes managing plotting inventory and delivering excellence in all project-related tasks. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project specifications and construction administration transactions (RFI/Submittals).

  • Previous industry experience strongly required.

  • Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Must display professionalism and initiative.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • 1.5+ years of administrative support experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in the AEC (architecture, engineering, construction) or related industry.
  • AutoCAD & REVIT experience.
