About the position

The Project Coordinator for Construction Services at Kairoi Residential is responsible for ensuring that multifamily rehab, renovation, and construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. This role involves collaboration with various departments and outside contractors, focusing on project coordination and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the contractor bid process including scope development, proposal review, contract administration, and vendor compliance.
• Process contractor invoices in coordination with vendor contracts and assist with project execution and submission of regular construction draws.
• Prepare monthly project reports utilizing a construction reporting system.
• Evaluate and make recommendations for quality control to ensure client satisfaction.
• Record and submit staff travel expenses and monthly reports.
• Assist the department with streamlining processes, documenting policies, and developing tools for efficiency.
• Work closely with Project Managers and other department heads in setting up, reviewing, and managing ongoing and new projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Two years of experience in accounting, finance, residential or commercial real estate, or project coordination.
• Experience with accounting software and strong skills with MS Excel and other related spreadsheet programs.
• Proficient with accounts receivables and payables reporting.
• Well versed in multi-family construction or development.
