About the position

Swift Restoration & Remodeling is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team in the Ogden Office. This role is crucial for the successful administration and organization of our construction and remodeling projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our project managers to ensure that all aspects of the projects are running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include monitoring job progress, assisting in the scheduling of subcontractors and in-house construction team members, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients throughout the construction experience. In this position, you will provide vital administrative support to project managers, which includes assisting with estimate preparation and managing communications with clients, insurance companies, and subcontractors. You will oversee material orders and supplies, prepare subcontractor agreements, and meet with clients to help them make material choices such as flooring and paint. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing job costing on projects, finding reliable subcontractors to perform the work, and inspecting projects for quality control and progress. Your role will also involve assisting project managers with other duties as assigned, making you an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and construction, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong technical and organizational skills are essential, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment. We are looking for someone with a high level of integrity, professionalism, dependability, enthusiasm, and ethical judgment. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain an organized workspace are crucial, as is the ability to foster positive teamwork relationships with fellow employees and subcontractors. Responsibilities
