About The Position
The Project Coordinator - Construction position at our design company is a pivotal role that requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential for ensuring that high-quality residential and commercial projects are completed successfully, meeting client expectations and deadlines. The Project Coordinator will work closely with general contractors and internal teams to facilitate communication and ensure that all project components are aligned for success. The position involves preparing estimates, managing project details, and coordinating material deliveries and labor scheduling. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure project milestones are met. This role is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 per year, plus benefits.
