About the position

We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Senior Customer Marketing and Engagement Manager who's expert in driving customer engagement and growing customer lifetime value. This is a remote contract role, perfect for those who strive in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Corporate Communications to drive strategic alignment, amplify customer voices, and leverage customer marketing and engagement efforts for greater business impact.
  • Development and implementation of engagement strategies, nurturing customer relationships, and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer health, identify risk, optimize customer lifecycle, and implement retention strategies.
  • Manage customer segmentation and develop personalized marketing strategies.
  • Utilize data, trends, and qualitative feedback to develop effective engagement campaigns across a variety of platforms.
  • Collaboration with various departments to ensure consistency of brand messaging and customer experience.
  • Source customer references for AR, IR, and PR requests from Corporate Communications.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Customer Advocacy Database, providing actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and accelerate customer marketing initiatives.
  • Track, measure, and report on key metrics, adjusting strategies to continuously improve results.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in marketing or customer-facing roles
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, Master's Degree preferred
  • Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Expertise in managing and analyzing customer behavior data to drive engagement
  • High level of creativity, combined with business understanding and customer insight
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively engage customers and secure their participation in customer marketing initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to follow up and track the success of customer engagement efforts, ensuring a high level of participation and impact
  • Experience developing relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Proficient in customer success platforms, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.
