About the position

The Project Coordinator for Cybersecurity is responsible for supporting the Cybersecurity Consulting team by managing project tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role requires strategic thinking, adaptability, and strong organizational skills, as the coordinator will assist in complex engagements and contribute to the overall success of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Take direction from the Director, Cybersecurity and complete assigned tasks.
  • Assist the Cybersecurity Consulting team with project coordination and management.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, capturing and documenting action items.
  • Continuously track tasks for all cybersecurity projects and consultants.
  • Conduct weekly follow-ups with clients and projects to ensure progress is communicated.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify compliance with company technology standards.
  • Assist in driving the end-to-end completion of all project tasks.
  • Perform presentations to initiate new engagements and close out completed ones.
  • Help with invoicing and accounts receivable processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in schedule coordination and communications required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite required.
  • Experience with project management tools required; familiarity with Wrike is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to use critical thinking to achieve goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience as a notetaker or scribe preferred.
  • Experience with contract management systems preferred.
