About the position

The Project Coordinator (Data Analyst III) role at SPECTRAFORCE involves a multifaceted approach to program management, focusing on maintaining strategic plans and schedules while advising stakeholders on project progress. The position requires a deep understanding of SAP, invoicing, and Trade In operations, as well as the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in an unstructured environment. The successful candidate will prioritize strategic objectives that optimize for speed, cost, and environmental impact, while also achieving high-value tactical outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing the invoicing flow to identify process improvements and technical enhancements. You will provide ongoing analytical assessments of opportunities and communicate findings to cross-functional leaders. Additionally, you will build out technical requirements and roll out new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support business improvement initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you design and implement new initiatives aimed at driving business growth and scalability. You will also set up reporting mechanisms and business updates to monitor program performance and support issue resolution as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess the invoicing flow to identify process improvements and technical enhancements.
  • Provide ongoing analytical assessment of opportunities and communicate findings to cross-functional leaders.
  • Build out technical requirements and roll out new SOPs to support business improvement opportunities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and roll out new initiatives that drive business growth and scale.
  • Set up reporting and business updates to monitor program performance.
  • Support issues and escalations as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in program management, maintaining a strategic plan and schedule, and advising stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of SAP, invoicing, and Trade In operations.
  • Ability to work with a high level of ambiguity and deliver results in an unstructured environment.
  • Strong prioritization skills for strategic objectives optimizing speed, cost, and environmental impact.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with a keen eye for detail and expertise in synthesizing complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and lead effectively.
