About the position

The Data Analyst/Coordinator position is a remote role focused on data entry, basic data analytics, and Power BI modifications. The candidate will be responsible for responding to customer requests, primarily from the Asia time zone, and will need to communicate effectively with internal sales teams. The role requires a basic understanding of Microsoft technologies and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and basic data analytics tasks.
• Modify Power BI reports and add functions as needed.
• Respond to customer requests in a timely manner, particularly from the Asia time zone.
• Communicate effectively with internal sales teams regarding data-related inquiries.
• Set up meetings with sales teams to discuss data and processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Project Coordination.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in liaising with sales teams.
• Experience with Power BI, including adding charts and information.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to make updates within Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including IOT, Azure, AI, and machine learning.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Power Automate.
