About the position

We are looking for a candidate that has at least one year of experience in Project Coordination or Design and Construction. This candidate would also hold great time management and organization skills. The Project Coordinator provides project management support to leaders and team members. Assists with and supports team planning, execution, monitoring progress, and delivering end results. Collaborates across teams to ensure alignment. Assesses situations, gathers appropriate information and input, and makes recommendations to leaders. Ensure quality customer service and professional representation of the team and the department. Coordinator meetings, meeting minutes and action items and organize the financial reporting for the department. At IU Health, your personal and professional growth is a top priority. Requires basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
