About the position

The Project Coordinator at Elite Landscape Construction Inc. is responsible for administering and organizing all project needs from estimating to project closeout. This role involves close coordination with the chief estimator and project manager to ensure successful project delivery to clients.

Responsibilities

• Administer and organize all project needs from estimating to project closeout.
• Coordinate with the chief estimator and project manager to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project status and requirements.
• Assist in reading and understanding blueprints and specifications.
• Maintain project documentation and records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1-year experience as a Project Assistant in construction or a related industry.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and Adobe PDF.
• Preferred experience with Sage Accounting Software.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.
• Effective and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility.

Nice-to-haves

• Finance and accounting experience preferred.
• Valid California Driver's License required.
