Ludvik Electric Co., a leading electrical contractor with a strong presence across the United States and abroad, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time position is essential in assisting the Project Manager with the adherence to contract documents, including plans, specifications, permits, and technical elements. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating project scheduling and communication, managing data and material resources throughout the project lifecycle to achieve predetermined objectives related to scope, cost, time, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. The successful candidate will embody the values and mission of Ludvik Electric, ensuring that all tasks are executed with the utmost safety and professionalism, as this position has been designated as safety sensitive. In this role, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and maintaining project files in accordance with company policies and project-specific requirements. This includes preparing submittals, shop drawings, layout drawings, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals as required by project needs. The coordinator will enforce the Project Strategy Document, prepare Purchase Orders and Subcontracts, and distribute and maintain current drawings, specifications, and product data. Leadership and teamwork are essential, as the coordinator will respond promptly to the needs of fellow team members and resolve issues with clients efficiently. The role also involves creating and maintaining required project logs, managing daily affairs to stay on budget and on schedule, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Project Coordinator will assist in controlling estimates, managing material at the job site, and ensuring adherence to all Ludvik Policies and Procedures.
