About the position

The Project Coordinator for APTIM's Energy Transition team will serve as a customer service representative for E-bike Rebate Programs and new e-mobility initiatives. This role focuses on providing program services, support, and analysis to increase the adoption of e-bikes and electric vehicles (EVs) through incentive programs. The position may be fully remote but requires occasional in-office attendance. The coordinator will ensure accurate project information, maintain workflows, and communicate with stakeholders while managing customer incentive reviews and supporting project tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and administrative support for E-bike Rebate Programs and e-mobility initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through email and outbound calls.
  • Review project application forms for compliance with program policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update system databases accurately.
  • Assist with project reporting, scheduling, and issue resolution as needed.
  • Develop relationships with program partners to address their needs.
  • Conduct QA/QC of program processes and protocols, offering design improvements and recommendations.
  • Track program performance and metrics through contract reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with APTIM and client quality and safety policies.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of program/project experience related to energy program management or administrative oversight.
  • Effective communication skills and experience with client engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Quantitative and analytic capabilities including report writing and spreadsheet analysis.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze situations and recommend solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1+ years' experience with energy efficiency programs or EV infrastructure.
  • 2-4 years of previous office experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, or Vietnamese is highly preferred.
