H2E Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at our Liberty Lake, WA headquarters. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers, designers, and clients to coordinate industrial Electrical Engineering projects, specifically in the areas of Power and Controls/Automation. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on the automation of various facilities, including factories, sawmills, mines, manufacturing plants, and hydroelectric facilities. Your creativity and extensive knowledge of project management principles will be essential as you coordinate multiple projects, ensuring adherence to Scope, Schedule, Budget, Safety, and Quality standards. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for pre-planning projects, ensuring that project scope is clearly defined and documented, and that design inputs are captured in the Design Input Log (DIL). You will develop project schedules complete with milestones and budgets sourced from proposal Fee Estimate Worksheets (FEWS). Additionally, you will address project quality and safety requirements, ensuring that a Project Execution Plan is prepared and documented by the Project Managers (PMs). Your role will also involve reviewing project scheduling and key milestones, assisting in risk management, and ensuring that Project Kick Off (PKO) meetings are held. In terms of project reporting and administration, you will surveil Project Status Reports (PSRs) and Field Status Reports (FSRs) to ensure conformity to established procedures. You will advise on project roles based on requirements and assist in determining resource needs for projects. Furthermore, you will ensure that PMs manage scope creep through Client Change Requests (CCRs) and other methods, while also surveilling key project deliverables to ensure high quality and client acceptance. Your technical responsibilities will include collecting data on project metrics, performing analyses, and developing reporting tools in the ERP system to track project performance. This position requires advanced organizational skills, strong oral and written communication abilities, and the capacity to make authoritative decisions. You will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on project quality, client satisfaction, and overall project success metrics during review meetings.
