Woodward, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our engineering team in Fort Collins, CO. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $57,000 to $85,600 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating all activities related to assigned projects, particularly in leading multi-disciplined teams through the New Product Introduction (NPI) process. This position is accountable for all hardware procurement necessary to support testing and customer shipments, ensuring that all project deliverables are met efficiently and effectively. In this role, the Project Coordinator will support and lead mechanical and software projects alongside a team of engineers and designers. Responsibilities include reading and executing Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to meet schedule requirements, coordinating and tracking the procurement, monitoring, and delivery of necessary equipment for both internal testing and external customer shipments. The Project Coordinator will also lead project status meetings, maintain action item lists, and assist with Gate presentations and project deliverable management. This position may involve contact with both suppliers and customers, and the Project Coordinator may lead Minor Scope NPI projects of low complexity and risk under the oversight of a Program Manager. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or international equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree in arts or sciences preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar job function, such as Development Project Coordination, Production Planning, or NPI Processes, is required. Knowledge of manufacturing processes is preferred, along with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management within Woodward. Proficiency in PC software, including MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential. The ability to operate and lead in a project team environment while receiving low-level project management oversight is crucial, as is the ability to organize and prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
