We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support scheduling, preparation, and execution of cross-functional, large-scale projects across the Success Academy enterprise. This role will be the right-hand to a group of project managers, responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, helping generate regular status reporting, and documenting processes and standard work. This individual will be crucial in ensuring operational procedures are efficient and streamlined to key project timelines on-time.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and updating of comprehensive project plans outlining goals, timelines, resources, and milestones.
  • Work directly with EPMO Leaders to prioritize and execute on deliverables across the organizational landscape.
  • Support Project Managers in codifying project requirements during project initiation.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to EPMO Leaders to tactically drive project team success.
  • Manage workstream progress across a variety of projects, adapting with ease and quickly onboarding to new content as related to project success.
  • Maintain robust reporting on project statuses throughout the project lifecycle through closure/handoff.
  • Respond to and execute on ad-hoc requests, identifying time and resources needed to complete tasks.
  • Document and regularly update standardized processes in a centralized repository.
  • Ensure new processes are streamlined against existing processes within Success Academy.
  • Schedule regular meetings and maintain communication channels to keep all project stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Cultivate and preserve efficient systems of operating to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Assist in change management efforts to facilitate successful project hand-off to the product/end owner.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes.
  • Prepare regular reports on project status, risks, and outcomes to the EPMO leadership team on a consistent cadence.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommend further improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience, preferably in project management or operations' role.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics evaluation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and project management software (i.e. Monday.com, Smartsheets, Asana).
