About the position

Partner Engineering and Science is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Relationship Managers and Project Managers by providing essential administrative and project support. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are vital to the smooth operation of our projects. Your daily responsibilities will include data entry and maintenance within our database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. You will also be tasked with maintaining templates and compiling draft or final reports, checking for aesthetic errors and consistency with project details such as addresses and project numbers. Communication is key in this position, as you will be required to handle heavy communication via email and phone, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed and engaged. Additionally, you will work closely with our Partner Associate Team, providing them with necessary engagement letters, report templates, lab materials, and historical documentation as needed. Maintaining project files on our company server and FTP site will also be part of your responsibilities. The ability to work overtime may be required during peak project times, and you will be expected to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise during project execution. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
