About the position

Partner Engineering and Science is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our team in the Denver, CO office. As a key member of our organization, the Project Coordinator will provide essential administrative and project support to Relationship Managers and Project Managers. This role is crucial in ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to our mission of delivering top-notch engineering, environmental, and energy consulting services across the globe. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include data entry, maintenance, and development within our database systems. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, as the coordinator will compile draft or final reports, ensuring they meet client requirements and are free from aesthetic errors. The role also involves maintaining project files on our company server and FTP site, as well as providing necessary documentation and materials to our Partner Associate Team. In addition to these responsibilities, the Project Coordinator will handle heavy communication via email and phone, necessitating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced office environment and be willing to work overtime when necessary. Responsibilities

  • Data entry, maintenance, and development with the database.
  • Template maintenance for reports and documents.
  • Compile draft or final reports, checking for aesthetic errors and consistency with client requirements.
  • Work with the Partner Associate Team to provide engagement letters, report templates, and historical documentation as needed.
  • Maintain project files on the company server and FTP site.
  • Handle heavy communication via email and phone.
  • Problem solving and addressing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
