The role involves collaboration, strategic thinking, and a commitment to precision in all aspects of project coordination and administration.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage landscape construction projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare estimates and budgets for projects using PlanSwift and QuickBooks.
  • Handle pay applications and lien releases as part of project financial management.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects.
  • Assist in office administration tasks to support overall operations.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with PlanSwift and QuickBooks for project management and financial tasks.
  • Ability to handle pay applications and lien releases effectively.
  • Willingness to become a Notary Public.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.
