The Mobility House (TMH) is on a mission to create an emissions-free energy and mobility future. This includes collaborations with electric vehicle charger manufacturers, over 750 installation companies, 65+ energy suppliers, and automotive manufacturers such as Audi and Tesla. The company’s intelligent Charging and Energy Management system, ChargePilot, allows customers and partners to seamlessly integrate electric vehicles into the grid, optimizing operations for the future. With a vendor-neutral and interoperable technology approach, TMH has successfully implemented over 1,500 commercial installations globally. The company operates with a workforce of over 200 employees across its locations in Munich, Zurich, and Belmont, California. In this role, TMH is seeking a self-motivated Project Coordinator to join the Project Delivery team. The primary responsibility of the Project Coordinator will be to assist in deploying vehicle fleet electrification solutions across North America. This position requires close collaboration with TMH's Project Managers to ensure the successful execution of projects by tracking key deliverables, coordinating with stakeholders, and advancing necessary steps ahead of critical project delivery deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess superior communication skills, organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which are essential for supporting the Delivery team, mitigating future risks, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. This role offers exposure to the electric vehicle industry and project management experience, with a clear path for career advancement within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Track, complete, and communicate progress of tasks within project timelines established by the Project Management Team.
  • Manage inventory forecasting and place orders with vendors to replenish ChargePilot hardware inventory and maintain organized inventory storage area at headquarters.
  • Handle ordering, shipping, and delivery of charging equipment/services via Quickbooks directly to customer sites from various manufacturers, distributors, and service partners.
  • Coordinate payment processing with the TMH Accounting team.
  • Improve existing inventory management processes and documentation in collaboration with Accounting, Salesforce, and ERP teams.
  • Configure and ship TMH ChargePilot kits, including ChargePilot controller, power supply, and wireless routers.
  • Update ChargePilot configuration documentation in Confluence as changes are made by the Project Delivery and Technical teams.
  • Perform data entry into Salesforce for site configuration purposes.
  • Provide general project support as needed to the Project Delivery team.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in the construction space including inventory management.
  • Prior experience with project management tools such as Smartsheets.
  • Experience coordinating external stakeholders to reliably deliver complex project requirements within timelines.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs and maintain a small storage area of handheld devices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Approachable, proactive, resourceful, collaborative, and able to work autonomously without direct supervision.

  • Prior experience configuring IoT devices, such as PLCs, Raspberry Pi, and wireless routers.
