About the position

We are growing our Business Process Management Team and looking for analytical individuals with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to assist with the project implementation and management of our client's programs. The Project Coordinator position encompasses duties and responsibilities that assist in the technical development of various programs/projects. The Project Coordinator will provide business rules, analysis, consulting, project oversight, and assist in the deployment of projects. The ideal candidate will be the point person for problem solving and decision making throughout the implementation life cycle of our client projects and beyond. The Project Coordinator role plays an instrumental position in our organization ensuring effective implementation of projects. The duties associated include but are not limited to: Project Management, interpreting, facilitating, and coordinating client technical specifications for new and existing client programs. The role also involves creating technical specifications for the in-house development team for client requests, scheduling into the pipeline, and coordinating with other internal departments needed for successful implementation. The Project Coordinator will ensure that the technical pipeline is meeting project due dates throughout the implementation and effectively communicate with all parties involved. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will perform data inventory management for our call centers, maintain, update, and apply custom program application settings post-implementation, and create/maintain logistical campaign configurations used by our call centers. The role also requires coordinating and expediting technical resources for issue resolution in our call centers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the project implementation and management of client programs.
  • Interpret, facilitate, and coordinate client technical specifications for new and existing client programs.
  • Create technical specifications for the in-house development team for client requests.
  • Schedule client requests into the pipeline and coordinate with other internal departments for successful implementation.
  • Ensure the technical pipeline meets project due dates throughout the implementation.
  • Perform data inventory management for call centers and maintain/update custom program application settings post-implementation.
  • Create and maintain logistical campaign configurations used by call centers.
  • Coordinate and expedite technical resources for issue resolution in call centers.
