About the position

Cintas is seeking a Project Coordinator - Facilities to provide primary project coordination for overall space design and space utilization at the corporate office buildings in the Cincinnati area. This role involves ensuring that the corporate building, grounds, utilities, equipment, mechanical, and electrical systems operate safely, securely, and healthfully. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating various projects related to facility management, ensuring that all aspects of the facilities are maintained and optimized for efficiency and safety. This includes working closely with different departments to assess needs, develop plans, and implement solutions that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the corporate environment. The Project Coordinator will also be tasked with utilizing effective communication skills to express ideas clearly and request actions from team members and stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to provide technical guidance when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of space planning and design principles, as well as the ability to learn and adapt to new software programs as required by the company. Responsibilities

  • Provide primary project coordination for overall space design and space utilization at corporate office buildings.

  • Utilize effective writing skills to express ideas and formulate plans or policies without supervision.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years prior space planning and design experience.
  • Basic personal computer operation skills and ability to learn specified software programs.
  • Clear and effective writing skills for communication and documentation.
