About the position

The Project Coordinator for FDU STRONG will oversee the daily operations of the program, which focuses on supporting treatment and recovery for families. This role involves managing and coordinating project activities, ensuring effective communication, and tracking the progress of trainees involved in the program.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations of FDU STRONG.
  • Implement and manage project activities and coordinate with trainees.
  • Track project progress and report on outcomes to the Project Director.
  • Assist in office and budget management related to the project.
  • Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative work experience, preferably in an academic environment.
  • Experience with office and budget management, and program coordination.
  • Proficient in personal computer systems for word processing, spreadsheets, and data management; knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Ability to type 50 words per minute with 85% accuracy.
  • Excellent human relations and written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Datatel software.
