About the position

ERM is seeking a remote Project Coordinator to provide high-quality administrative and project support across multiple projects. This part-time role requires a commitment of 15+ hours per week and is limited to a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of renewal. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing various tasks that are deadline-driven, ensuring that all work is completed on time and adheres to ERM's format and quality standards. In this role, the Project Coordinator will produce technical documents, reports, proposals, and presentations, which will involve significant word processing and formatting using Microsoft Word. The position also requires proofreading and digital production skills. The coordinator will create and/or edit documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Project, and assist with all program administrative support needs, including project digital filing, data management, and record keeping. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and the ability to follow established processes and protocols while also being confident in identifying process improvements that can benefit the client. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative and project support while successfully juggling multiple deadline-driven tasks.
  • Produce technical documents, reports, proposals, and presentations, including significant word processing and formatting (Microsoft Word), proofreading, and digital production.
  • Create and/or edit documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Project.
  • Assist with all program administrative support needs, including project digital filing, data management, and record keeping.
  • Complete work assignments on time and in accordance with ERM's format and quality standards.
  • Commitment to teamwork and ability to follow established processes and protocols while also confident with identifying process improvements to provide benefit to the client.

Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant experience in a professional capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and Internet).
  • Detail oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple project assignments simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and work independently with minimal supervision on projects with expedited deadlines.
  • Demonstrated attributes to become a strong consultant - team player, eagerness to learn and grow, self-starter who takes initiative, versatile, and service-oriented mentality.
