We seek a highly motivated and versatile professional to support all aspects of managing and coordinating projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background and passion for the web industry, who is detail-oriented, good with people, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Attend client and internal meetings, take detailed notes, and turn them into actionable tasks.
  • Manage the project management system by creating, assigning, and tracking tasks.
  • Communicate needs and deadlines with clients, team members, and contractors.
  • Maintain proactive client communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Monitor project scope, budgets, and timelines to keep projects on track.
  • Create and process Statements of Work (SOW) and Change of Scope (COS).
  • Confirm deliverables meet requirements and Plaudit's high standards by conducting quality assurance checks.
  • Support the senior partners with various ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven project management experience in an agency or as a freelancer.
  • Experience or knowledge of web design, web development, and Internet marketing.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to deftly manage a variety of clients and projects concurrently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilience in handling stress and navigating challenging client conversations (e.g., timeline issues) with composure, empathy, and friendliness.
  • Proactive and eager to assist, with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Must reside in the Twin Cities area.
