The Project Coordinator, US Rare Disease will contribute to maintaining Sanofi's leadership in Rare Disease, driving the company towards our mission of delivering a personalized, optimized customer experience. This individual will provide support and coordination across portfolio, patient engagement, and account engagement teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of marketing initiatives. Each marketer will work closely within our go-to-market models.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, travel coordination, expense reports, meeting minutes, offsite meeting planning, and slide decks for the General Manager and other leaders.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing various projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project planning and execution.
  • Execute contracts for seamless vendor and partner collaboration.
  • Provide administrative support to designated leaders, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain project documentation and records, generate reports, and analyze data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the organization and contribute to the implementation of best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of relevant healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Marketing, sales, or insights & analytics experience, preferably in cross-functional leadership roles
  • Successful track record of decision making, innovation, problem-solving and navigating uncharted territory without clear precedent
  • Fluent in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working within complex multidisciplinary teams
