About the position

The Project Coordinator for Hospitality is responsible for supporting the national growth of the Hospitality business by coordinating installations for various products. This role involves managing project lifecycles, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and adhering to project management standards. The position is temporary, with a potential for extension or conversion, and requires on-site presence in Las Vegas.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage installations for products within the Hospitality business.
  • Partner with stakeholders to meet key deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct risk assessments and facilitate communication across operational groups.
  • Update and track projects in project management tools, providing consistent updates to stakeholders.
  • Support cross-functional teams including Hospitality Network, Blueprint RF, and Convention Services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; relevant work experience may be considered.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or management.
  • Experience in the hospitality business and familiarity with Hospitality Network and Blueprint RF.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Salesforce.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Oracle for billing, invoicing, and reconciliation.
