About the position

The Project Coordinator will oversee an outbound call campaign for a healthcare client in Detroit, MI. This role involves coordinating between various teams, including Service Operations and Senior Health Services, and managing vendor relationships. The position requires leading meetings, providing performance reports, and ensuring the success of the outbound call program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound call campaign and coordinate between Service Operations, Senior Health Services, and vendor teams.
• Provision access to support the outbound call program.
• Serve as a liaison between SHS, vendor, and SO teams.
• Lead meetings such as call calibrations, weekly touchpoints, and performance reviews.
• Provide weekly performance reporting.
• Monitor performance and request corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience
• Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Call Center experience
• Healthcare Industry experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent written communication ability.
