The Project Coordinator at iLIFE Centers for Independence plays a crucial role in collaborating on various operational, workflow, and technology-related projects that align with the strategic direction of the agency. This position is designed to assist in the alignment of people, processes, information systems, and organizational structure to ensure effective project implementation. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager to develop, track, and present project plans, charts, updates, and post-implementation tasks. Additionally, this role supports the Project Manager in gathering resources and information necessary for upcoming projects, ensuring that all aspects of project coordination are handled efficiently and effectively. In this role, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and maintaining comprehensive project plans that include timelines, schedules, agendas, and training plans, incorporating input from both technical and operational resources. The position requires coordination with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with the organization's goals. The Project Coordinator will also coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects remain within scope and on schedule. The essential functions of the job include analyzing project progress and collaborating with the Project Manager to adapt project scope or timelines as necessary to achieve optimal results. The Project Coordinator will organize and coordinate various project components to ensure success, which includes assigning and monitoring daily tasks, facilitating communication, and creating reports and updates for the Project Manager and project team members. This role also involves assisting the Project Manager in monitoring project deliverables and progress throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that expectations are clear, priorities are established, and any challenges are addressed promptly. Furthermore, the Project Coordinator will assist in the development and maintenance of a project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones. Reporting project risks and outcomes to management and serving as a communication point between company teams and external resources are also key responsibilities of this position. The Project Coordinator may also be assigned special projects or assignments as needed.
