About the position

The Project Coordinator at iLIFE LLC plays a crucial role in supporting operational, workflow, and technology-related projects. This position collaborates closely with the Project Manager to develop, track, and present project plans, ensuring alignment with the agency's strategic direction. The coordinator is responsible for organizing resources, monitoring project progress, and facilitating communication among team members and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Manager in preparing and maintaining project plans, including timelines, schedules, and training plans.
  • Coordinate with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives.
  • Ensure projects remain within scope and schedule by coordinating internal and external resources.
  • Analyze project progress and adapt scope or timeline as necessary to achieve optimal results.
  • Organize and coordinate various parts of a project to ensure success, including assigning and monitoring daily tasks.
  • Create reports and updates for the Project Manager and project team members.
  • Assist in assigning roles and tasks to team members based on their strengths.
  • Monitor project deliverables and progress throughout the project duration.
  • Ensure clear expectations, established priorities, and maintained focus on assigned projects.
  • Develop and maintain a project performance database to track overall progress and milestones.
  • Report project risks and outcomes to management and escalate issues as needed.
  • Serve as a communication point between company teams and external resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or certification with additional experience.
  • 1-3 years of project coordination experience preferred.
  • Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
  • Strong analytical, project development, and implementation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
