As a Project Coordinator I, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Beats Color Development Team in Culver City, CA. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to contribute to the development and validation of color palettes for various materials, enhancing Beats' Color, Material, and Finish (CMF) Toolkit. You will be involved in a variety of tasks that require excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with different teams, including marketing and design. Your proactive approach and critical thinking skills will be essential as you navigate the complexities of project management in a fast-paced environment. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for validating and testing color palettes, ensuring that they meet the required standards across multiple programs. You will maintain and organize samples, distributing them to relevant teams while managing purchase orders and supporting customs programs. This position requires a collaborative spirit, as you will work closely with international teams to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned and executed efficiently. Your contributions will directly impact the success of marketing activations and product development initiatives, making this a vital role within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Validating and testing color pallet colors across a number of different materials
  • Maintaining, organizing and distributing samples to Design, Marketing and other cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of project management experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities
  • Ability to work with teams internationally
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Engineering or Business preferred
  • Proficiency in MacOS & iOS
