About the position

The Project Coordinator II at Kforce Inc is responsible for enhancing team dynamics and performance within the sales organization. This role involves collecting and analyzing feedback to provide actionable insights, leading talent acquisition and onboarding processes, and designing innovative engagement initiatives. The coordinator will also assess team morale, organize impactful events, manage the internal brand identity, and ensure diversity and inclusion initiatives are integrated into the team's culture.

Responsibilities

  • Systematically collect and analyze feedback to develop actionable insights on team sentiment and performance.
  • Lead and refine sales talent acquisition and onboarding processes in collaboration with sales enablement and HR.
  • Design and execute innovative, data-driven contests and initiatives that foster consultant and leader engagement.
  • Regularly visit key locations to assess team morale, productivity, and overall well-being.
  • Partner with senior leadership to organize impactful events such as consultant-facing all-hands meetings and leadership summits.
  • Manage and amplify the team's internal brand identity through strategic deployment of branded materials and recognition initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales organization and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
  • Oversee and optimize the allocation of spotlight budgets and team engagement funds.
