About the position

The Project Coordinator II position at RWDY Inc. in Spring, TX, is a full-time role focused on providing office coordination in support of geophysical vendor field operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying new technology software and interfacing with vendors to mitigate issues that arise during project execution. This role requires a proactive approach to project management, ensuring that all aspects of the project are coordinated effectively to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards. In this position, the Project Coordinator will coordinate the disposition of Requests for Information (RFIs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and Field Changes. They will assist in managing design changes throughout the project lifecycle, addressing and solving day-to-day project coordination challenges. The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager (PM) in identifying, logging, analyzing, and resolving or mitigating issues and risks that may impact project timelines and deliverables. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will assist in the preparation of Risk Management Sessions, Lessons Learned Sessions, and Project Gate Review Packages. This role is critical in ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, facilitating smooth communication among team members and stakeholders. The position requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity and accountability while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide office coordination in support of geophysical vendor field operations.
  • Deploy new technology software.
  • Interface with vendors to mitigate issues.
  • Coordinate the disposition of RFIs, NCRs, and Field Changes.
  • Assist in managing design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Address and solve day-to-day project coordination challenges.
  • Support the PM in identifying, logging, analyzing, and resolving/mitigating issues and risks.
  • Assist in the preparation of Risk Management Sessions.
  • Assist in the preparation of Lessons Learned Sessions.
  • Assist in the preparation of Project Gate Review Packages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Project Management Processes.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
  • Experience in project coordination and/or technical experience in large Design & Build projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of integrity.
  • Willingness to build trust and accountability in interpersonal relationships.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in current communication mediums and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Office, telecommunications, email, meetings).
  • Good physical condition and compliance with all project health and safety requirements.

Nice-to-haves

  • Office management experience is a plus.
