About the position

As a Project Coordinator II at SPECTRAFORCE, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct a thorough analysis of the current state of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) systems, tools, and mechanisms. This involves mapping existing capabilities across various teams and stakeholders, and identifying gaps in the current processes. You will be tasked with designing and implementing short-term mechanisms that improve visibility into supplier screening and performance reporting. Additionally, you will develop and drive solutions aimed at measuring performance and increasing screening, while also surfacing data that supports business cases for long-term investments in SRM systems. In this role, you will engage with technology teams across all aspects of the supply chain to provide stakeholders with the necessary SRM tools. You will define supply chain and operating models tailored to various business needs, analyze and interpret data to enhance efficiency across multiple operations, and partner with teams to address and manage operational challenges. Your support will be vital in planning and organizing complex projects, ensuring that all initiatives align with the strategic goals of the organization. Your ability to influence stakeholders will be key in gaining support for strategic program efforts, and your analytical skills will be essential in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a deep dive analysis of current state SRM systems, tools, and mechanisms.
  • Map existing capabilities across teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop current state mapping of SRM processes and conduct gap analysis.
  • Design and implement short-term mechanisms to improve visibility into supplier screening and performance reporting.
  • Develop and drive short/mid-term solutions for measuring performance and increasing screening.
  • Surface data for business cases to justify long-term investments in SRM systems.
  • Influence stakeholders to gain support for strategic program efforts.
  • Engage with technology teams to provide stakeholders with SRM tools.
  • Define supply chain and operating models for various businesses.
  • Analyze and interpret data to improve efficiency across supply chains and multiple operations.
  • Partner with teams to advise on and manage operational challenges.
  • Support the planning and organization of complex projects.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 2-4+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
  • 2-4+ years of supply chain experience.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps).

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Procurement discipline.
  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
