As a Project Coordinator II at SPECTRAFORCE, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct a thorough analysis of the current state of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) systems, tools, and mechanisms. This involves mapping existing capabilities across various teams and stakeholders, and identifying gaps in the current processes. You will be tasked with designing and implementing short-term mechanisms that improve visibility into supplier screening and performance reporting. Additionally, you will develop and drive solutions aimed at measuring performance and increasing screening, while also surfacing data that supports business cases for long-term investments in SRM systems. In this role, you will engage with technology teams across all aspects of the supply chain to provide stakeholders with the necessary SRM tools. You will define supply chain and operating models tailored to various business needs, analyze and interpret data to enhance efficiency across multiple operations, and partner with teams to address and manage operational challenges. Your support will be vital in planning and organizing complex projects, ensuring that all initiatives align with the strategic goals of the organization.
