About the position

As a Project Coordinator II at Lumen, you will play a crucial role in coordinating various assigned project activities. This includes gathering and reviewing a variety of data using company resources, compiling and formatting that data into a finished product, and obtaining necessary approvals to meet management timelines. You will be expected to possess a working knowledge of the theory and practices within your field, as well as specialized knowledge and skills that are relevant to the projects you will be handling. Your responsibilities will involve performing a variety of duties that may include different and unrelated steps and methods. You will work on assignments that require judgment and initiative within predetermined guidelines, and your work will be subject to periodic review. Effective communication will be key, as you will need to exchange information that may require some interpretation and persuasion to ensure proper action is taken. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to identify and remove roadblocks that may hinder project progress. You will also be tasked with identifying ways to improve processes that enhance customer experience and reduce hand-offs. Ensuring adherence to project-related policies and processes will be a critical part of your responsibilities, as you strive to deliver successful project outcomes.
