The Project Coordinator II role is essential in coordinating various project activities, which include gathering and reviewing data, compiling and formatting it into a finished product, and obtaining necessary approvals to meet management timelines. This position requires a working knowledge of project management principles and practices, as well as the ability to perform a variety of duties that may involve different and unrelated steps and methods. The Project Coordinator will work on assignments that require judgment and initiative within predetermined guidelines, and will be subject to periodic review. The role also involves exchanging information that may require interpretation and persuasion to ensure proper action is taken. The Project Coordinator will partner with stakeholders to remove roadblocks and identify ways to improve processes that enhance customer experience while reducing hand-offs. Adherence to project-related policies and processes is also a key responsibility of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates various assigned project activities including gathering and reviewing data.

Requirements
