In this position, the candidate will be expected to exchange information that may require some interpretation and/or persuasion to ensure proper action is taken. The role also involves partnering with stakeholders to remove roadblocks and identify ways to improve processes that will enhance customer experience while reducing hand-offs. Additionally, ensuring adherence to project-related policies and processes is a critical responsibility of this role.
