About the position

The role at Lumen involves coordinating various assigned project activities that may include gathering and reviewing a variety of data using company resources, compiling and formatting data to a finished product, and obtaining necessary approvals to meet required management timelines. The successful candidate will possess a working knowledge of theory and practices within a recognized field, demonstrating specialized knowledge and skills. This position requires performing a variety of duties that involve different and unrelated steps and methods, working on assignments that necessitate judgment and initiative within predetermined guidelines, and are subject to periodic review. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for exchanging information that may require some interpretation and/or persuasion to ensure proper action is taken. The candidate will partner with stakeholders to remove roadblocks and identify ways to improve processes that will enhance customer experience while reducing hand-offs. Additionally, ensuring adherence to project-related policies and processes is a critical aspect of this position. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in project management. They should be able to prioritize multiple competing priorities while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Strong communication skills and the initiative to identify problems and propose solutions are essential for success in this role.
