About the position

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide logistical, administrative, and decision-making support for the Navigation Access Center (NAC). This includes coordinating and scheduling all capital and disposable products managed by the NAC, overseeing system logistics, and managing system transportation. Additionally, the role involves updating and maintaining the regulatory database and NAC department databases, striving to improve customer satisfaction levels throughout the organization. The position requires assisting with data gathering, quality compliance, and input to the program's processes to ensure a functional and effective evaluation or case at each site. Interfacing with all levels of the organization as necessary will be required. The role also includes maintaining document and data management processes for revenue-generating opportunities and compiling and reporting operational and financial metrics relevant to the field Sales and Services organization. Responsibilities may include communicating with Field Sales, Marketing, and Education organizations to gather all necessary information for scheduling system evaluations, demos, hospital in-service training, meetings, and tradeshows. The position also involves ensuring compliance with internal processes, assisting the Sales Operations Team with daily production management, contributing to quality improvement processes, and assisting in the development, implementation, and administration of program/project initiatives of Field Sales and Services. The role may also require providing backup coverage for the Supervisor in meetings and performing duties in compliance with environmental, health, and safety-related site rules, policies, or governmental regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide logistical, administrative, and decision-making support for the Navigation Access Center (NAC).

  • Update and maintain the regulatory database and NAC department databases.
  • Strive to improve customer satisfaction levels throughout the organization.
  • Assist with data gathering, quality compliance, and input to program processes.
  • Interface with all levels of the organization as necessary.
  • Maintain document and data management processes for revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Compile and report operational and financial metrics relevant to the field Sales and Services organization.
  • Communicate with Field Sales, Marketing, and Education organizations to gather information for scheduling evaluations, demos, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes in communication with the Field Sales organization.
  • Assist Sales Operations Team with daily production management, including scheduling and prioritization issues.
  • Contribute to quality improvement processes through data retrieval and trending reports.
  • Assist and may lead ongoing training for employees, customers, and technicians.
  • Assist Sales Operations Supervisor to ensure proper training and guidelines are followed by production personnel.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of program/project initiatives of Field Sales and Services.
  • Provide backup coverage for Supervisor in meetings.
  • Perform duties in compliance with environmental, health, and safety-related site rules and regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise applications used within the department (i.e. SalesForce, SAP).
  • Proficient in the use of PC applications including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proven ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Independently performs specialized function-related administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Previous customer service experience.
