About the position

The Project Coordinator III position at Sutter Health is primarily focused on providing comprehensive research operations support for the California Pacific Medical Center Research Institute (CPMCRI). In this role, the Project Coordinator will develop and maintain various tools, processes, and resources that are crucial for supporting the institution's infrastructure. This will be done in close collaboration with leadership and team members from different departments. The coordinator will be tasked with collecting and routing information effectively, managing project timelines, and escalating issues as necessary to ensure that projects remain on track. Additionally, the position involves budget monitoring assistance, process implementation, and providing administrative support, which may include grant planning support and administration. The incumbent will act as the administrative contact and liaison for both internal and external departments and constituents, ensuring that communication flows smoothly within their scope of responsibilities. The role requires the ability to work with a limited degree of supervision in a dynamic work environment characterized by multiple and conflicting priorities. The Project Coordinator is expected to anticipate and resolve problems proactively while keeping the Operations Manager updated on the status of tasks and projects.

Responsibilities
