About the position

As a Project Coordinator at Calico, you will play a crucial role in the coordination of customer interior design projects. This position requires you to work closely with our designers, workrooms, and vendors to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties that facilitate the seamless flow of custom orders, which includes submitting and reviewing all finished work orders for completeness and accuracy. Your attention to detail will be essential in processing orders, scheduling measurement and installation appointments, and handling customer payments and vendor invoices. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training that will equip you with the necessary knowledge about fabrics, product development, and design principles. This training is designed to help you understand the intricacies of the interior design process and to enhance your ability to support our designers and clients effectively.
