Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories seeks a professional, innovative, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator Intern in Charlotte, NC. As a Project Coordinator Intern, a typical day might include executing market and project research and analysis, researching opportunities with Federal Departments/Agencies such as the Department of Energy, FEMA, State Procurement Agencies/Departments, and the Department of Defense (non-classified). You will also be responsible for developing actionable project information for the sales force to pursue project leads with information gained from research, providing technical support to SEL staff and customers, and developing and maintaining knowledge in SEL processes and technologies. This job might be for you if you are a current student pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Management, Economics, or Government. You should be able to work independently and take initiative, possess strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills, and have the ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities. Additionally, you should be able to work cooperatively in a team environment and produce satisfactory background check results and negative drug test results.
