About the position

This position involves providing project or program support to a functional group or business process, monitoring program/project/system status, budgets, and timetables. You will apply your knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation, and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures. Additionally, you will gather and compile information for reports, and provide technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking, and coding. The role requires advanced practical knowledge within a specific discipline, typically gained through extensive work experience and/or education, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. You will also assist with Employee Morale Activities and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to maintain a positive company culture and adherence to the Medtronic Mission. Responsibilities include preparing travel and purchase orders for Distribution Operations, coordinating external and internal requests for information and tours, serving as the site liaison for Kronos, and preparing the site Distribution Newsletter. You will also act as the site Communications lead by composing and sending communications to the employee population as needed, and coordinating the Distribution town hall and other special events/meals.

Requirements
