About the position

The Project Coordinator/Junior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects related to telecommunications services, including WAN, WLAN, MLAN, Security, and Telephony. This role involves gathering business and technical requirements, facilitating client meetings, and ensuring effective communication among technical teams and stakeholders. The position requires a hybrid work schedule, with mandatory onsite presence two days a week.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings with clients to gather requirements for IT solutions and identify impacted business processes.
• Obtain and report business and technical requirements effectively.
• Facilitate review sessions to discuss project progress and requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with multiple network platforms including WAN, MLAN, WLAN, Security, Voice, and Videoconferencing.
• Disseminate information effectively to technical teams, customers, and managers.
• Understand and navigate a large and complex enterprise network environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills are mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
• Previous experience working with multiple agencies, vendors, or departments in an enterprise environment is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience with Microsoft Project and Excel is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience with Remedy/Helix is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years working within a Telecommunications environment is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a large Enterprise setting is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years work experience with multiple network platforms is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years working with multiple network lines of service is required.
• Minimum 5+ years dealing with customers is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Minimum 1-3 years experience with Clarity is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience with DevOps is preferred.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or working towards certification is preferred.
• Experience with network management tools and telephony systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for network and telephony projects is preferred.
