Responsibilities

  • Organize project resources for the execution of project tasks to ensure equipment is delivered on-time and within scope.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives.
  • Translate requirements into executable tasks.
  • Coordinate resources needed to accomplish executable tasks.
  • Track tasks and mitigate risks.
  • Obtain vendor price quotes to purchase production inputs.
  • Build and maintain tasking schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Four (4) years of additional experience in program/project management discipline may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Five (5) years experience as a Project Coordinator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Experience in deliverables management, office administration, project tasks, strategic planning, and work schedules is essential.
  • US Citizenship is required.
